There are only two more city council meetings before the new members are sworn in on January 9, 2024. This meeting doesn't look like a very heavy meeting with only two action items. One action item is accepting the election results from November 7, 2023. The second action item is basically to accept an extension for Viking homes to complete landscaping of Carrington Meadows 3rd Addition in Spring 2024.
The mystery item is the Executive session to "To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency".
