This last meeting of the year is full and has many important things on it.
5A-We are having the final reading of Ordinance 214 before the vote to adopt it. I find this troubling because this ordinance demonstrates how the consent calendar should be handled to ensure fairness and transparency, yet this ordinance will eliminate it. 5B & 6B- Two new housing developements are being considered. Both of them are near Hayden and Heutter.
6A & F- Some of our fees are increasing.
